Terms of use

Your use of the WabiTime apps (the “Service”) is governed by these terms. The Service is provided by Joseph Slomowitz. By using the Service you agree to them. Questions go through the feedback page.

Subscriptions and purchases

WabiTime Plus is an optional subscription bought inside the app, billed monthly or yearly to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. One-off tips are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies. All purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Using the Service

You may use the Service only as permitted by these terms and by law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of it or of its content. The Service and its software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law, and these terms do not grant you the right to use WabiTime’s name, branding or logos.

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the software unless the law requires that this be allowed; do not attempt to disable or circumvent any security mechanism; and do not interfere with or disrupt the Service.

Privacy

Use of the Service is also subject to the privacy policy.

Warranty and liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given and liability for any loss arising from use of the Service is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

These terms may change from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date at the top, and continued use of the Service after that date is acceptance of the updated terms.
